We'll begin with guided meditation, breath work and sound healing. Sound healing is uniquely incorporated to be received by each participant throughout the entire night. Andrea Jones, CEO and Founder, of TBE Herbs will lead the sound healing portion. If you've ever come to classes before, you're aware of her compassionate and intuitive style using various instruments during her classes.
To transition your mind and body before leaving of serene healing space, we'll complete our evening with subtle and defined chakra breathing techniques that can be practiced by each participant on a daily basis.
We recommend you take a nice hot sea salt bath or shower before going to sleep that night. We offer a variety of herbal infused sea salts soak, natural skin care, chakra anointing oils and healing gemstones.
