Shipping Rates and Shipping Times
Shipping Rates: We offer a standard flat rate shipping fee of $7.50 per order. We ship all orders via USPS Priority mail and USPS First Class Package service.
Order Processed and Shipped: Orders are processed and delivered to the US Post Office within 24 to 48 hours of a business day after an order is received by TBE Herbs.
Tracking numbers are generated and automatically sent to customers once an order is sealed and complete. You can also check your order status. We automatically send email updates each time your order status changes. There's nothing for you to do. We're taking care of it.
Overall Delivery Time: We expect most orders to be delivered to shipping address within the next 2 to 10 days after an order is placed. For customers who live local to TBE Herbs shipping hub (Fairfield, CA), the overall delivery time can be 2 to 4 days.

We offer nationwide shipping to virtually any address in the United States. We directly ship to APO/FPO, U.S. military addresses and U.S. Territories.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Total Body Enhancement Herbs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for ordered items pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier. TBE Herbs reserves the right to send packages with signature confirmation in cases where we believe a signature receipt is appropriate for the safe delivery of your order. Return Policy
All sales for products within the "Astrology Charts" and "Plant Medicine" categories are final! No Exceptions.

All other products may be returned if new, unopened and undamaged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Total Body Enhancement Herbs will assume the expense of a return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipping carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
