This class will blend mindful movement, breathwork and meditation to aid in exploring how encouragement fosters confidence, connection and inner strength. Leave with a deeper awareness and willingness to share your authentic gift of encouragement in your daily life.

Training the body and mind through yoga is an incredible way to increase our vitality and capacity for higher consciousness and awareness. This class is ideal for all ages and levels, no experience required.
