1. Use Lobelia in very small amounts only. A typical starting amount is 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon per cup.
2. Combine with other respiratory herbs such as Mullein Leaf and Elecampane for a balanced blend.
3. Pour 8 oz of hot water (not boiling, about 190 degrees F) over the blend.
4. Steep for 5-7 minutes, then strain thoroughly.
5. Drink no more than 1 cup at a time and monitor your response. Do not exceed 2 cups per day.
