Instructions:
Mix ½ to ¾ oz. of Total Body Enhancement Anti-Viral Yoni Steam into 2 quarts of boiling water. Reduce heat allowing herbal blend to lightly bubble over and steep for at least 15 minutes. Keep covered. The longer herbs steep the stronger the mixture.
Turn off heat and allow herbal blend to sit and cool for 5 minutes. Carefully pour the herbal blend into a heat-safe basin. A basin used for sitz baths is adequate.
Make sure your body is clean before steaming. Place your basin over a clean toilet bowl designed for this purpose or under a chair with a large hole in the center of the seat. Disrobe from the waist down and sit down over the basin and allow your sacred exposed yoni to gently steam with a cloth over your lap to keep the steam inside.
Monitor the temperature and remove yourself from the steam if it feels to hot. Allow it to cool longer until the temperature has adjusted to your comfort.
Enjoy your healing experience for at least 20 to 40 minutes. Afterwards discard the herbal blend and apply a natural skin oil to the outside of your yoni. We recommend using our Anti Viral Healing Oil or Ozonated Oil.
