Our Ultimate Sea Moss uses sea plants imported directly from Ireland where it is wild harvested from the source. Directions: Empty contents in large bowl and cover with filtered water. Soak for 5 to 8 hours. Take fresh seaweed and put into high powered blender. Begin blending for 3 minutes adding 1 to 2 oz of fresh filtered water while blending. Allow to blend until creamy. Add more water to lighten texture and produce a larger quantity of sea moss gel. Add infused burdock root, dates or fresh fruit to sweeten the taste. We recommend using our Elderberry or Vitamin C extract for extra nutritional boost. Pour finished sea moss gel into covered glass containers of choice.
